Location
Fitness Factory is a web clearance store linked to Maxim Strength Fitness Equipment, located in Adelaide. It is possible to inspect / test most products by appointment prior to purchase at our warehouse in Kidman Park.
How long does my order take
This depends on what is ordered. If it's in stock then generally within 3 working days from receiving your payment. Our fixed dumbells are made on premise and have 1-2 week lead time depending on the size of the set. Commercial equipment is actually manufactured entirely on premise, with the lead time being 4-6 weeks.
The transit time can also be a factor. Most major eastern Cities can expect delivery with 1-3 days. Perth, Darwin and country locations can be approximately 3-6 days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the courier details and tracking number. If you haven't received an email after 3 days or after the timeframe discussed, please contact us to verify the order.

We accept secure credit card payments online! Fitness Factory uses a transaction facility operated solely and securely by the National Bank of Australia(NAB). If you choose this form of payment, Fitness Factory will not know or receive any of your Credit Card details! We will only be notified of your payment. If you are still not comfortable giving your credit card details over the internet, then we can accept your credit card payment over the phone, but we will require a copy of your driver's license. Gets cheaper in bulk
We have broken shipping down into a series of 'weight breaks' therefore the more you buy, then the cheaper the average price of the freight is, so we can pass on the savings!

We try to get the best possible price for you and therefore, we use a range of shipping carriers in order to achieve the cheapest and best service. Some of the carriers include:-

These carriers all have their own 'on forwarders' that they use for country locations, so you may not receive your products directly from the above listed companies. If you have a freight company that you use for business, you can arrange pickup from our warehouse, but please make sure that the products are ready to be dispatched!
After Sales Service
Problems with Products
We do not expect you to have any problems with the goods you receive, but should you have any issues, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your product. We can assist you over the phone if it is an assembly issue. If there are more serious issues, then we may ask for photo's or a detailed explanation so that we can fully appreciate the problem. You can be sure that we will attend to your concern.
Exchange of Products
If for some reason you have selected the wrong item, then we may be able to exchange it if it is unused and you still have the original packaging. Please contact us immediately if you believe that you have the wrong product.
